Welcome to sazoo, we would like to take this opportunity to introduce you to our internet company which was launched in the second part of 2000. Our challenge was to produce a product range, which was exciting, mostly unique and competitively priced with a site, which was slick and easy to navigate with clear, simple and secure ordering systems. We hope you enjoy the visit!

As part of our continued growth, has come about from many years retail experience selling Special Occasion, Fasion and Christening Children’s Clothing for Baby Boys and Girls. Established in 1988 (our stores brands have included Mary's Childrenswear, Kids klub, Misio, Kidsoasis, and our current retail range consists of over 350 different lines covering boys & girls Partywear, Weddings, Christenings and Holy Communion outfits. A large proportion of the most popular lines we sell are now available within our Internet catalogue for you to browse through at you leisure 24 hours a day, 7 days a week without the worry of those crowds or queues.

Times do change. We all know how precious our time is and also the lack of it. However, we all need to shop and what a better way than in the comfort of your own home. Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our online catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for some details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept payment via debit / credit card or PayPal. If you are shopping from outside the United Kingdom place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction from British Pounds to your own currency.

We accept Visa and Mastercard, solo, delta, maestro and switch. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Back ordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information only over the Internet.

Our catalogue changes frequently and sometimes the manufacturers alter the products for various reasons without our consultation. Due to the nature of the products we sell and how they vary in material, texture and colour reproduction both in manufacture and how we produce the photographs which appear on the sazoo website all products may differ to a certain degree. Errors and Omissions Excepted.
Shipping Method
We will endeavour to ship all UK items by Recorded Delivery (unless you have paid for UK Special Delivery) and all overseas orders by International Airmail. Special Offer items will normally not be sent by recorded delivery due to the reduced price of the items. We do offer a no tracking option but this is at your own risk. However, we do obtain proof of posting.

Should you place a shipping note or request which entails the item to be left somewhere or with someone other than with the purchaser, Sazoo will be unable to support in the search for any lost or misplaced parcels and is excluded from the 10 day returns policy. In the unlikely event that a parcel is lost Sazoo will provide you with the tracking number but it is your responsibility to file a claim with Royal Mail.

Orders will be taken from most international customers and will be processed in the normal manner. Although we will try our best to help you minimise import duties and taxes, it is your responsibility and not ours, to pay any import duties and taxes which may be applied to any delivery in order for your package to clear customs. For more information regarding your country's custom policies, please contact your local customs office. Sazoo does not collect duties and taxes on behalf of the desitnation country and cannot predict what your particular charges may be.

PLEASE NOTE: We will not deliver to the following countries - Argentina, Ascension, Barbados, Belarus, Brazil, Burma/Myanmar, Chile, Columbia, Democratic Republic of Congo, Ecuador, Eritrea, Federal Republic of Yugoslavia and Serbia, International Criminal Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia, Ghana, Indonesia, Iran, Iraq, Ivory Coast, Jordan, Kuwait, Latvia, Lebanon and Syria, Liberia, Mexico, Nigeria, North Korea (Democratic People's Republic of Korea), Paraguay, Republic of Guinea, Singapore, Somalia, South Africa, Sudan, Tunisia, Trinidad & Tobago, Uganda, Ukraine, Uzbekistan or Zimbabwe.
Delivery Schedule
For the UK we will normally send out your order in 1-2 business days via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery (No tracking option available). You can select Special Delivery for an extra cost. Its important to know that Special Delivery does not necessarily mean we ship your parcel sooner but once it is sent then it should arrive the next working day (Monday to Thursday only) unless you select Saturday Delivery which is sent on Friday (at an extra cost) whereas Recorded Delivery does not have a guaranteed slot even though Royal Mail estimates arrival within 1-2 days. International orders are generally sent in the same timescales and should be usually received in under 10 working days. Sazoo is reliant upon the postal system / courier and cannot be held responsible for any parcels which do not arrive in time for what ever reason including delays in the postal system or adverse weather conditions. During busy spells do order early as times may be increased. If in doubt, you are welcome to call us for advice and up to date information regarding posting and approximate delivery times.
Back Orders
We will try to complete back orders as soon as possible - normally within 10 days. Email or phone communication will be made regularly to ensure you are aware of all activities.
Tax Charges
All orders are currently VAT free.
Credit Card Security
We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted when the order is placed using 256 bit encryption - always look for the green padlock. We use Seller Deck Payments gateway and Paypal as a source of payment acquisition who are Fully PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant. We never see your credit / debit card details and they are not held in clear text on any web site. Once the order is processed and then archived all access to credit card payments and refunds are removed for our customers privacy and security.
We try to guarantee your satisfaction. All of our products come with a 14 day return guarantee from the date of receipt. Most of the products we send out are packaged in a clear cello bag for presentation purposes which can also be used by yourself for gift-wrapping purposes.

Sazoo do not disclose buyers information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site, but only to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item. Data collected by this site is used to:
a. Take and fulfill customer orders
b. Administer and enhance the site and service
c. Only disclose information to third-parties for goods delivery purposes
Returns Policy
At sazoo your satisfaction is important to us. All items we sell we personally inspect ourselves prior to shipment. We do not sell inferior quality or seconds. Unsoiled items in original condition with all tags attached and preferably with original packaging may be returned for exchange or refund of purchase price STRICTLY within 14 days of receipt.

All returns which arrive back after the 14 day period or have not provided email confirmation of return will be refused even in exceptional circumstances (extra time may be permitted for overseas customers returning parcels - enquire).

We feel this is a fair period for you to assess whether the product is satisfactory so please do not ask for any extensions as this significantly affects our stock position and ultimately affects the price you pay so in order for us to be competitive we have to be strict.

Please only return the items (Items signifies all the items which are part of that particular set) which you require refunding or exchanging, as it is not necessary to send the whole parcel.

However, in order for us to be competitive, any parcel returned for exchange and any subsequent returns will be subject to a small handling and posting charge of £3 (taken from your original credit card) for the UK, £4 for Europe and £5 for the rest of the world.

Your packing slip or order number is required to process your return. Shipping fees are not refundable under any circumstances. Sazoo cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns, so for your protection, prepay and insure all returns and send them to the posting address shown in the contacting us section or the sheet which arrived with your parcel. You are responsible for the cost of return carriage and you may not use the Royal Mail returns service labels as Sazoo does not operate a pre-paid returns system.

Ensure you place your own address on the rear of the parcel should it not be delivered to us and returned back to you. We are unable to accept returns on frilly pants, socks and tights. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

We aim to process refunds within 2-3 working days of parcels being returned to our warehouse but funds can take up to 7-10 days to show back on your card / PayPal account (immediate) depending on the speed of your bank.

Any losses or damage must be reported within 24 hours of receipt.
